In 1995–2005 the Management Board was composed of:

Irena Kończak – Chief Accountant (until 2003)
Henryka Pluta – Chief Accountant (since 2004)

Marek Konieczny – Member of the Board
In 1990 a resolution to divide the Cooperative was adopted at the General Meeting of Cooperative Members. On 4 May 1990, the Chimney Sweeps Cooperative (Spółdzielnia Pracy Kominiarzy) in Poznań was established at ul. Górki 13, entered into the Court Register in section A No. 1097.

The Cooperative Management Board was composed of:

Marek Konieczny – Member of the Board
Bogdan Baszyński – Member of the Board

The Chimney Sweep Craft Cooperative in Poznań was established on 25 August 1950, and the first Management Board was composed of:
